Extension Of Time Limits

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the large scale disruption caused as a consequence of it, the Finance Ministry has decided to extend the due dates for Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit Report, and GST Compliances.
 The revised due dates are as follows:

The Due dates of Filing has been extended as follows:

Income Tax Returns Last Date for Tax Audit Assessees – 15th February, 2021

Income Tax Returns Last Date for Non Tax Audit Assessees – 10th January, 2021

Tax Audit Report Last Date – 15th January, 2021

Vivad Se Viswas Last Date – 31st January, 2021

Apart from the above, the government has also extended due date for Vivad se Vishwas Scheme and order under Direct Taxes & Benami Acts. Read the official announcement below:
