We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains how refunds work for professional engagements with SuperCA.

Professional fees

Our fees cover professional time and effort. Where work has not yet commenced, you may request a refund of fees paid for that service. Once work has begun, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis for the portion not yet delivered.

Government & third-party fees

Statutory fees, government charges and third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable, as these are paid to external authorities.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
